Bad Service and Late / No Delivery

I ordered items from company in Cape Town , parcel was sent via Overnight Service with Aramex South Africa courier service on Tuesday 2 January 2018. I know Upington is an outlying area for delivery and it will take longer then overnight. I thought I will receive my parcel by Thursday , but nothing. I phoned the Kimberley office Friday (5 January 2018) afternoon around 12:15 , they had an excuse that SAA didn't transport their consignment from Cape Town to Kimberley but the parcel was in Kimberley and will be delivered on Saturday 6 January 2018 , till date no delivery was made. I tried to contact the Kimberley office , but no answer at their offices. Yet I still get charged an overnight rate for a parcel that is still not here almost a week later.
