Bad service and dishonest

Bad doing business with Aramex. I am expecting a parcel which is to be delivered by Aramex but instead i am told it was delivered to the wrong person whilst their offices have my correct address and contact details. Now when i contact aramex they taking me back and forth. ARAMEX COURIER IS BAD PEOPLE DONT AND NEVER EVER COURIER YOUR STUFF BY THEM
