Bad service and Bad Customer care

I am very unhappy with their service as they have delivered the package to the wrong person and when we try to resolve the problem they just do not get back to you. They do not care about their clients.

My clients are waiting for the parcel as it is christmas gifts.

Their customer care is shocking - phone calls get dropped or as soon as you are number 1 you get put back to 22.
