Bad service and bad attitude

The driver call me and I answered and I was not at home so I asked someone to take the package for and I called him back to tell some is getting the package.

We said "he can't wait his busy" and I said "but I am calling to let you know someone is coming and I dont like you attitude" and he said "I must not tell him ****"

this happened on the 14th June 2023 and car reg KN42ZK GP
