Bad service

I 'm so hurt ! Bad service from aramex just imagine waiting for two weeks for parcel from Capetown to the eastern cape in mthatha , I bought a iPhone from istore I haven't received it because of this stupid , useless and full of **** courier who can't even deliver the phone ! Iam receiver so I don't have details at this point
