Bad service

I am unhappy with the service Aramex south Africa gave my partner, he had scheduled a pick up for a return order for a Nike online item for Friday and they never picked up the item despite him calling multiple times on that day. Despite them saying they will keep him informed. On Monday he called to follow up and they told him that the pick up return was canceled without informing him, he rescheduled and they told him they would come today but eventually called to say they were coming to pick up the item at my work place after I had knocked off at 4pm. He spoke to the courier and he told him he would organize to meet up with him and hand over the item, even asked which route he would start work today.

Upon calling the courier today in the morning he told me I must call to reschedule again as he could not come pick up my return item, which he proceeded to do and they said the item will be collected around between 11am - 5pm. Which they never did nor give a courtesy of calling. At the time of writing this message his 72 hours return policy has expired and he is left with an item he is not happy with.
