Bad service

I posted a package on the 6 of July via aramex it’s the 23 of July the way bill number is not active I can’t track my parcel when ever I call customer service am on hold for more than 15 minutes then it automatically hangs up the service is pathetic and the do not fulfill their promises I will never use their service again and I will tell everyone I know about my experience from WhatsApp to Facebook to instagram and Twitter people must know how *********** you are living up to a lie
