Can I share with you a conversation on your watsup channel with Rochelle, poor customer service and now she has gone silent on me since I am questioning her response, please can someone assist, my parcel is in sandton and I would appreciate if i can collect it or you drop it at my work in sandton as I did not know this is the hub. but Rochelle has gone silent on me
