Bad service

Aramex should just close down, they have such a poor service or the places we are ordering from are going to lose customers... I have been waiting for my Parcel for over 2weeks and paid for shipment on the 7th of Dec because it has said my parcel was already in SA JHB... When you call they never pick up and when they do they tell you about Pre clearance, I have never had this problem before with Buffalo. There is a long que of people waiting for kids christmas clothing and they are giving us the run around .. Tracking no : *** and *** ..
