Bad service

My parcel of clothes that i sell to make a living was sent from cape Town on the 17th. People wanted their clothes for 25th. Till now i have not received my package. Everyone has canceled their orders. I don't know what to do with those items if they will ever arrive. Ive been calling wasting my airtime nothing happened. I asked if i can come collect my parcel in their depo they said due to covid they don't allow anyone to come. I begged that i wont enter the premises they can throw my parcel through the fence and just scan my id they said no. When i track it it says its got to sandton on the 19th and it has not moved. A lady called me on Tuesday morning with a terrible attitude saying she understands ive been calling about my package ill get it this week. When i asked when this week she said she doesn't know. From this number *** Yhoooo this experience i dont wish it on anyone
