BAD SERVICE

Very poor service I had a parcel that was drop in the drop box and up to now there is no info where the parcel is . Even sended a few e-mails and up to now no answer.its ridiculous and what must I tell my client because now im in a situation where they want to open a case because u are to dam slow to deliver the goods or what ever u have to do!!!!!
