Bad service!

Ordered something from the Netherlands on the 14/12/2021, and it literally took them 2 days for my package to arrive in South Africa. Customs released it a day later which was on the 17/12/2021, and till this day, I'm still awaiting on my package! i may understand that you guys don't work on weekends and public holidays, but it shouldn't really take you guys this long to delivery a package in the same area as i am! tried calling your non-existent call center, no one ever really seems answers! and when i track down my order, its still in the same place! should've received my package on the 19/12/2021, yet I'm still waiting! i would like this delivered to me ASAP!
