Bad service

Afternoon , My son have ordered something from Evetech Centurion on the 15th.They use Aramex.For the past 15 days have not been delivered in Musina. Tracking still says shipment on its way.And best if all was arranged as overnight.

Please can someone get my parcel delivered.
