Bad service

I have been waiting for my parcel that was meant have been delivered on the 4th Dec, to date i still have not received it. When I spoke to someone on their live chat by the name of Portia, on the 2nd Dec they told me it will take another 5 days to get to me. to day. Today is day 6 and no sign of any delivery. I sent numerous emails but they are not being rep**** to. Aramax has the worst service ever.
