Bad service
I always use aramex to courier parcels and they usually take less than 2 days, I don't know why they say they courier overnight when I couriered a parcel on the 27th of Jan and today it is the 1st of February and the parcel hasn't reached its destination. When I track it, it shows that it's been out for delivery since the 28th of January.<br> <br> Tracking number- ***

Further to our discussion telephonically with regards to transit times, areas that are outside of main centers are classified as regional areas, and the transit times for these areas is between 48 hrs to 72 hrs, as discussed with you the area specifically where this shipment was meant to be delivered is outside of the main center thus falling under the extended transit time.
