Bad service

On the 28 of September 2020 i used a Aramex drop box at Pick n Pay Diepkloof ref DBP*** Square i mistakenly forgot to add the postal code which i phone and explained i was assisted by a lady called Shamilah Satarien we communicated via email *** who told me my parcel was active and it will be delivered between 2/3 days working day till today the person has not received the parcel, I sent her a email yesterday which she didn't reply back to me
