Bad service

Their service is just pathetic. We are expecting a package from them and when you check their website, it says it takes up to 5 days. From the 26th of February till to date, nothing. When I tracked the order it shows in transit. I made an enquiry yesterday, when I checked this morning, the response I got was that they can't pick up the address. Other couriers when they are delivering the package, if they are getting lost, they call you for directions, so with them what is so difficult. Imagine waiting for a birthday gift and you have to celebrate without it. Pathetic excuse of a courier service
