Bad service

I went to the pnp in morning view to drop off parcels but to my disappointment they didn't have the aramex sleeves again and the lady had such a bad attitude. I called the aramex head office and didn't get assistance but was transferred from one person to another with no valid reason as to why they haven't stock for almost 2 weeks. I run a business, I lose clients because of pnp and aramex'a incompetence.
