bad service

Hi Aramex,<br> Most disappointed with the service i received yesterday. I bought a bag from Pick n Pay. I have a parcel that needed to be sent urgently yesterday to Grahamstown. I was not aware of the 15h00 collection time. I phoned customer services to find out if a driver could collect the parcel from me but i was told that i needed to get a quotation and had to pay again. This is unacceptable as i have paid for a service and expect satisfaction. From now on, i will not be using Aramex and I will rather use PostNet or DHL. As it is Diwali next week, my family will not get the parcel on time.
