Bad service

Good Day I am extremely disappointed in the service received I order regularly from Shein and my parcels are delivered on time via Buffalo. Now Aramex sends me the request to make the payment of R1074 on the 12th of December past 8am. Payment was made same time however it's the 19th and still no response from them regarding my delivery. I send requests via the customer service options and all they tell me is there is a delay with flight. There is no update on their website or shein since the 12th. This is extremely frustrating.
