Bad Service

Aramex Drivers refused to deliver my parcel yesterday 16th of April, I called their offices in Port Elizabeth, their receptionist could not answer my questions. She put me through Operations Manager there was no answer. I am desperate I need my parcel as soon as possible. On their Adverti*****t they say it door to door delivery, now they told me different story.
