Bad service

I am so disappointed in Aramexi posted 2 bags January 14 2019 from mafikeng to wolmaranstad same day same time only one bag arrived and the other one till today it hasn’t arrived. I called them every day still no help. Other consultant told me it’s not his fault nor his job to assist me to track the parcel. Very bad service from Aramex I wont even recommend it to anyone
