Bad service.

Someone posted a Parcel for me on Tuesday and I was supposed to get my parcel Yesterday already. So Nothing came yesterday...and eventually this morning it said that my parcel is out on Delivery Today. So I made sure to be home early from work. I live in Alberton so its In Johannesburg area. Its really not Far from the express office. Well....after 3 phonecalls to the Sandton office and Begging for them to contact the driver. Their only response was That The driver or the manager is not picking up their phones. And That he's got Collections to do aswell thats why he is taking long. It is 16:36pm and I still havent received my package. That left with the courier at 7:00am this morning. So Tomorrow when He wants to drop off my package Aramex better phone me and ask Me where I am Because He will drop it there by me. Since They are not in a Rush to get it by me today. And I suggest You get someone to do deliveries and someone to Do Collections. And Answe your ******* phones cause each time I phoned I waited around 10+ min for someone to answer. Worst Courier company in SA. I wouldnt recommend Amex to Anyone.
