Bad service

I have sent my parcel with aramex Monday and till today my parcel has not being delivered. They telling me that I gave them wrong DM number so I attached a copy of my receipt but did not receive and answer. DAT parcel is son's stationery and he needs it as in yesterday. My son cries every morning when he has to go to school because he doesn't have stationary.
