Bad service

I have sent a parcel from Johannesburg to durban onthe 5th of December for my son's birthday which was on the 29th, today marks a month and the parcel is nowhere to be found. I have used the service to the same place twice last year, first time it took overnight then second time they delayed and ask the receiver to collect. Now there's nothing said or received.
