Bad Service!

Good day. I would like to start off with the following: Aramex is not "one of the worst" they are the WORST service delivery provider in SA. They are extremely lazy to answer calls, they do not want to assist you with anything!! I have been phoning 5-days straight because my parcel is almost 2-weeks over the estimated delivery date and nobody answers your calls and if they do they tell you to stay online and will be put through to someone who will assist you?? I was waiting 1h and 15 min for someone to assist me... honestly I just want my parcel I'm so sick of Aramex there is always an issue. If you ever have the decision to choose between Aramex and Buffalo logistics, don't waste your time with aramex.
