Bad service

A parcel was posted to me on ***1, and i expected that it be delivered on ***1. The parcel was not delivered and i went to the destination office the whole week but i did not get the parcel. On ***1 morning i phoned the Nelspruit office to find out about the parcek and this is what i got:

1. The guys is spoke to told me he will investigate and phone me back but never did. 2. I phoned again and spoke to a lady who assured me that the parcel was delivered on the *** and insisted i call the destination office. I did that and they told me they do not have the parcel. 3. I called again and the lady answered and then told me to hold on but hung up the phone.

Even now i have not received my parcel and i dont know where it is.
