Bad service

Worst store to door experience i had with aramex, the is contact information for customers its only whatsapp that has rude customer support agent who do not answer customers questions. My parcel was posted on monday and that same friday i was still getting a run around my parcel had not yet arrived. When i consult a rude whatsapp consultant replies me with it will be delivered within 72hours after 5 days. Their policy says deliver within 24h to 72h. I will never use their courier services they do not value customers and jot having a working call number makes it difficult for us to get real time answers
