BAD SERVICE!

I dropped off a parcel on Dec 01st, to date the parcel has not been delivered and it's just going to Paarl. I usually send parcels to Jhb and St Helena Bay but they take 3 days max. What is the delay with the delivery to Paarl, someone is waiting for the parcel. This is very unacceptable.

Called the call centre and they promised someone would contact me on Friday, still no call. Apparently there was an attempt to deliver but there was no communication in regards to that.
