BAD SERVICE

I'm completely dissatisfied with the service from Aramex. I can't keep tracking a parcel that was supposed to have been delivered over two days ago. Their tracking system on the website shows two attempted deliveries, which doesn't make sense as the driver made zero effort to make contact. This is unacceptable. The customer service line will have you on hold for over 7min. Aramex needs to do better.
