Bad service

<p>I placed an order on Tuesday morning with a company in Cape Town and specifically paid extra for Aramex service so that the package would be delivered by TODAY. I had to call them and ask them when it will arrive because I need the item by today as it was very important!!! You guys then tell me it's going to be delivered to me by Monday (4 working days later, meanwhile when I PAID EXTRA, it was 1-3 working days.) I am so angry at the moment and bitterly disappointed!!! Why do you state that it will take 1-3 working days for an item to be delivered when that's clearly a lie??? Someone had better give me a good explanation for this incompetence. </p>
