Bad service

<p>I got a quote from aramex regarding a parcel to be collected from Australia to Hawaii , a week later I was told the quote was just an estimate where by I was issued with another quote that was rediculously high with no proper explanation.</p> <p>The lady by the name of Siphokazi generated the first quote and emailed it to me and advised that I should go and get an updated one from Linbro park offices ,</p> <p>when I got to linbro park a lady by the name of Andrea assisted me and my partner , she went in her office while we were waiting for her at the reception area. affer a while she came back , telling us the quote is right and we made a payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>The following day we got an email stating that we should furnish them with the adress where the parcel will be collected and delivered , which we did immediatley and we were hoping that all is in order.</p> <p> </p> <p>the next dat the lady by the name of Mandy based in Cape town sent an email stating that the quote was just an estimate , that she will sent another quote.</p> <p> </p> <p>to cut the long story short , our parcel was not collected bcos we were expected to pay 12thousanrand before pick up could be arranged.</p> <p> </p> <p>We waited the entire week to be told the quote has changed.</p> <p>Aramex as big as they are they do not have proper systems in place to estimate charges when one wants to utalize their services.</p> <p>Im so dissapointed and dissatisfied with their services.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Maria Moloi</p> <p> ********** 797</p> <p> </p>
