bad service

<p>A person sent me a parcel via aramex on monday, the parcel was delivered to me on wednesday but unfortunately i was not at my house and could not receive the parcel. firstly i did not get a sms or a phone call to say that my parcel was going to be delivered and secondly when i phoned the call centre they said that the driver would contact me if deliery was going to be arranged again. on thursday i got a call to say that the parcell is going to be delivered and it should be between 7-12:30 so i waited till 12:30 and got it. as i opened it i found that it was another persons package and i called the person who had sent me the parcel to call aramex on his side. after a while i get a call from a supervisor(i think) and he asked for what happened on my side and he said that he will find the parcel. at around 5 he calls me again and said your parcel has bben found in mulberton and he also said that your parcel should come to you tomorrow which is friday. On friday morning i waited till around 1 and nothing had come through i phoned them again and asked whats happening with my parcel they said no its with the driver and but i cant get hold of him because his on lunch break but as soon his off ill tell him to give you a call(note that im still waiting for that call) this morning i phoned aramex and spoke to Andrew and he gave some bulls***t talk and said that we will have to sort out this matter on monday. At this point i am very frustrated with aramex and think they should pull up there socks with issues like this and solve it immediately </p>
