Bad service

Honestly I cannot begin to express my digust at how Aramex Bloemfontein handled my parcel,which I dropped of Pick n pay in Brandwag(Bloemfontein) on the 7th of December 2021 and was supposed to have arrived in Durban on the 9th,which it didn't and to make matters worse,only in January 2022 is when I got a call back to be informed that my parcel was returned to Bloemfontein,which then I gave them my forwarding address to deliver to my home residence after I had initially refused,they then still didn't deliver,I had to go to their offices,as if I don't have other more important things to do,then I found the parcel still in their offices..such a pathetic service..😡
