bad service

I am writing this review as an angry Client, I courier a parcel on the 29 March from Checkers in Fourways, hoping the parcel will take at least 5 working days Max, till today the Parcel is not delivered, there’s no clear answers as to where it Currently and there is money Cards there. The lies I am getting from the WhatsApp communication channel of theirs is ridiculous. I really don’t know what to do as I am frustrated and the money to be used for something Important. This is completely wrong on all levels cause there’s no communication done to me I have to be the one asking each and every day.
