Bad Service

I Had a choice to choose Courier for my Parcels, I wouldn't choose Arame at all they always disappointing me , I normally order some goods from Shein and they just choose Aramex to Courier my Goods , What a bad Service experience I always encounter with Aramex. Everytime when I call their Branch in Bloemfontein where they kept my parcel they always tell me different stories , promise to deliver but they don't. Let alone that they telling me that they have a wrong residential address and with the other Courier Company I never struggled. I will end up stop ordering from Shein as well because of Aramex and not giving Customer a Courier Company of their Choice.
