BAD service!

Ordered a sneaker with Nike and they used Aramex as a courier service, after paying R250 for door-to-door delivery I was asked to fetch the parcel at another police station that was quite a distance from me. The driver was extremely rude, asked me if I think my parcel was much more important than his life. Before I could answer he dropped the call. When I tracked the parcel, the tracking link then said I had rescheduled the delivery which never happened. Veeery disappointed at their service.
