bad service

very bad service received from aramex, i dropped a parcel on 08/05/2025 at shoprite roodepoort and my parcel is still there. it is almost 2 weeks now no update or change in status, can i please have my parcel back so i can use another form of courier service even pep is 10 times beter than this nonsense service they should just cancel aramex because it is a waste of time .
