Bad experience with aramex delivery

Iv recently had bad experience with aramex, i didn't get a notification or a heads call that they are delivering. They just rock up expecting me to magically appear and collect, that time im out working. This happened twice and still haven't gotten my package the driver couldn't even wait 5 min for me to drive back they just left.
