Bad experience

My mother posted a parcel from mosselbay to Johannesburg It’s been day 6 no parcel. I am trying to contact aramex but no real response they can’t tell me where my parcel is I dealt with Ryan,Tesnar in the ops department called me ounce and said he’ll investigate but no response from untill now This is the worse experience ever!! No one can give me answers!!!
