Bad experience

I have been using Aramex for business purposes and have had no problems until now. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Friday & I am still waiting for it. The courier keeps saying that they cannot get ahold of me, which is bullsh*t as I literally kept my phone on me the entire day and stayed home just to be able to get the parcel. I have phoned multiple times and still nothing has been resolved and I am sitting with no parcel. Very unprofessional
