Bad excuse for no delivery

I sent a package on Thursday 18 May from Pretoria to Randpark, Johnnesburg. By the Wednesday it was not delivered and I contacted Aramex (which is hard since they only deal with bots). They came back with this message: Hi Annalene, thank you for the details. Our records indicate that there is no one at the address during business hours. Your parcel was marked as undelivered and stored at our JHB facilities. Unfortunately the offices are closed today and tomorrow. We have shared with the local team your details and the delivery will be arrange for June the 30th or July the 1st JT The address they have to deliver to is a residential address with 4 people being at home 24/7 due to the lockdown and Corona virus. In 5 working days they were not able to find them at home once?
