Bad driver!! Useless staff

I had a terrible experience with Aramex. The driver, Sibusiso Nkosi, called me but then hung up right as I was about to pick up. I tried to call him back 10 times but he wouldn't answer. I contacted the Aramex branch, but they were completely unhelpful and told me to just wait until the next day. I was very frustrated and felt like they didn't care about my needs at all. I would not recommend using Aramex.
