Bad delivery service

After rushing home because the delivery guy Dan *** said he cant wait for me, Ive been in an accident. I phoned him and begged please wait 5 min he refused. This is umacceptable. We pay alot of money for courier and you cant expect from is to sit at home from 8 - 5 and you can rock up any moment and not wait 5 min for us.
