Bad Delivery Service

I posted an order for delivery through one of the drop box services at Pick n' Pay Carlton Centre. First of all, the parcel was not delivered in time and secondly what ticked me off the most was that they delivered the wrong parcel. The waybill on the parcel was correct and the parcel was delivered to the right person but the parcel that was inside was definitely not what I had sent. I sent through a pair of shoes but an Adidas jacket was delivered instead. I really do not understand how this could happen, I have always used and trusted Aramex when it comes to courier services and this is the first time this has happened and I must say that I am really dissapointed because I courier really important stuff. Their customer care line is also the worst because you wait forever just to speak to a consultant and when you do actually get to speak to a consultant, they are not helpful at all. I can never trust Aramex ever again!
