Bad delivery service

I have received the worst service from Aramex they don't deliver in time parcel remains in transit for a very long time, they attempt delivery without even informing me and not even noting it on the tracking log, they didn’t even call me when they attempted delivery. When I went to whatsapp Tshepo the agent left the chat without even advising they are ending the chat. They reschedule delivery without even confirming with me if it's convenient or not . Very bad service
