Bad customer service

I don't know who's lying between tekkie town and Aramex,so yesterday I got a call from Arex saying they saw my complaint but on they said it's showing that my package has been delivered and I told the lady that's not true.she then said she will call tekkie town to follow up I'm still waiting for feedback..I am so angry right now
