Bad customer service by Aramex

I have couriered my parcel yesterday at pick and pay ficksburg using Aramex. Up to now i cant even track my parcel and im expecting my parcel to reach its destination by Monday next week now im worried whether my parcel is still sitting in that box. My waybill number is DBW*** and i payed for this service.
