Bad customer service and dishonest call center agents

I called the Durban branch at 8 am to follow up on my delivery, and I was told that it is going to be delivered today. I waited until midday and called again, got the same answer, and it is 7 pm, and I am still waiting 🤔. The WhatsApp system is a waste of time as no one replies back. I am concerned that my Christmas staff will arrive next year.I am very disappointed by their dishonesty.
