Worst customer service by far. Dropped parcel not delivered in same province after 7 days! They proud themselves on 72hrs! Phoning Durban customer services you end up in a que, when No. 1 you don't get served but fall back to last in the que! In case they read this the parcel No. Is DBP ********** 1800 and the slip has my contact details.
